Refund policy

This policy covers books bought from this shop. None of it affects your statutory rights.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Let us know through our contact page and we'll send you the return address. Then post the book back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it.

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund a book that doesn't reach us.

Signed copies

Signed copies with a personal dedication are made to your instructions, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Signed copies without a dedication can be returned as normal.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If a book is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This applies to every copy, signed or not.

Refunds

For a change of mind, we refund the price of the book and the original delivery charge, up to the cost of Standard delivery (£3.50). For a damaged, faulty or wrong item, we refund everything you paid, including postage.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the book back, or proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

Exchanges

To swap formats, for example paperback for hardback, return the book as above and place a new order.
