Delivery and returns

Delivery

We post to UK addresses only. Choose your delivery option at checkout:

• Standard, £3.50 per order. Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually delivered 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Express, £6.99 per order. Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.

Both services are tracked. When your order is posted, we email you the tracking number.

Outside the UK

We can only deliver to UK addresses at the moment. The book is on Amazon stores worldwide: see Buy outside the UK.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know through our contact page, then send the book back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it.

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. We refund the price of the book and the original delivery charge (up to the cost of Standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the book back, or proof that you've sent it.

Signed copies with a personal dedication are made for you, so they can't be returned. Signed copies without a dedication can be returned as normal.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your book arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This applies to every copy, signed or not.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
